These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the inMARKET website at inmarketapp.com and the inMARKET mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by inMARKET. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

inMARKET provides tools for real estate sales consultants to discover projects, calculate commissions, submit deal closings, and track payouts. inMARKET facilitates the validation and collection of commissions in connection with submitted deals.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to carry out real estate sales activity, as applicable under Egyptian law, to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Deal submissions and commissions

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the deal information and documents (including signed contracts) you submit.
• inMARKET reviews and validates submitted deals and works to collect the related commission from the relevant developer.
• Commission payouts are subject to validation of the deal and to the developer paying the commission. Timelines may vary.
• The Service does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false or fraudulent information, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by inMARKET and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inMARKET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
